Roles & Responsibilities:  Increase foot fall by using various mediums (Internet, print, radio, bill boards etc.) and achieve revenue through different media vehicles.  Increase the Annual Bill Value.  Achievement of Zonal ABP   Activation of National Campaigns   Innovation of campaigns at a zonal level- community based headline events  Zonal marketing initiatives  Category focus - driving the business of the category by pro active number based planning to ensure they meet their ABP's  Promo planning ; Competition activity - tracking and counter  Monthly, weekly, daily filing of campaigns, sales, and activations.  Mentoring people for the next level of work  Develop and control annual marketing plan.  Developing communication strategy using creative, media and web agencies etc  Experience/ Qualifications:   Graduate / PG or any other diploma in Marketing   MBA with 10-15 years of rich exposure in the above field in system driven and professionally managed large organisations.  Should possess high degree of business acumen and must have good understanding of P&L.  Should be capable of motivating a large workforce to achieve sales targets.  Should be very strong in implementation of systems and processes.  Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are perquisites.
