Position : Deputy Manager Buyer - Footwear Category  Location : Mumbai  Product Buying/Sourcing :  - Range planning & assortment development for women fashion footwear, handbags & accessories  - Understand consumer trends in the fashion footwear and accessories categories  - Product sourcing for women footwear and accessories through domestic and imported manufactures  - Vendor identification and development  - Product sampling, QC & logistics management  - Sales management through leading indicators   Basic Requirement :  - Strong Market Knowledge of assigned products and categories  - Strong relationship management skills  - Clear Understanding of customer demands and latest trends   - Good communications and negotiation skills   - Should be able to make reports and presentations   - Basic Excel Knowledge   - Graphic Designing skills (Illustrator/Corel Draw/Adobe Photoshop)   - Comfortable to travel abroad and local for store visits  Qualification :  - 5-6 years of past experience as Buyer in footwear category  - Preferably from NIFT/NIFD/Pearl Academy  - Candidate already dealing with China vendors would be preferred  - The candidate should be open to venture into other areas of business & take additional responsibilities for growth & expansion of the brand.
