Future Generali - Manager - Payroll

- Coordination with various stake holders for payroll Input

- Collation of Payroll input and sharing the same with Vendor for processing

- Coordination with the Payroll vendor for any clarification and getting the output for month

- Checking and validating the output

- Monthly credit of salary and reimbursement

- Ensuring all the Statutory payouts are done on time

- Ensuring all the statutory compliance are adhered

- Retrials benefit processing for exited employees

- Off Roll Management

- Handling all payroll and statutory related queries

Experience : Experience in Pay-roll management of Joining 100 plus people and exit 100 plus people monthly is a must
