Designation / Position : Manager Financial Planning and Analysis  Job Location(s) : Mumbai  Work Experience : 4-7 yrs  Industry Type : BFSI  Position : Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis  Reporting to : Asst Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis  Company : Future Generali India Life Insurance  Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra  Job Profiling :  - Monthly Reporting to Regional Finance team of Foreign shareholder   - Analysis of variance at different levels like segments, channels and cost centres   - Assisting in preparation of Annual Operating plan of the company along with monitoring of budget utilization  - Preparation of quarterly forecast and variance analysis against planned numbers   - In-sighting of business and operational expenses for development of mitigation strategies  - Competition benchmarking and Industry analysis for management review  - Regulatory reporting pertaining to monthly and annual submissions  - Adhoc reporting basis requirements from management team  Competencies Required :  - High analytical skills  - Eye for detail and in-sighting capability  - Excellent excel, MS acess and PowerPoint knowledge  - Ability to multitask and work under specific deadline  - Good relationship with peer to influence without authority  - Working knowledge of accounting and regulatory matters   - Working knowledge of accounting system, preferably SUN system  - Excellent Team player  Desired Qualification :  Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance domain  Desired Experience :  Minimum 4 years of experience with desired 3 years in Insurance domain
