The incumbent is responsible for recruitment activity for all Corporate Functions at Future Generali Life Insurance  Key Responsibilities :  - To Source candidates based on the requirement for all Non FLS Hiring.  - Manpower planning, Interviewing candidates, offer negotiation.   - Ensure smooth interview process, offer process with the support of recruiter.   - Ensure the right source mix  - Manage recruitment vendors and their empanelment process  - Complete the recruitment process within the defined TAT  - Maintain the right documentation from Offer to Joining Stage  - Responsible for a smooth joining and on boarding of the candidate  - Reporting recruitment status update on a weekly basis to the senior leadership team  Experience :  - Minimum 3 years as a recruiter  Education :  - Graduate/Post Graduate, preferred degree in Human Resources  Key Skills :  - Good Communication Skills  - Hands on experience in job portals like Naukri, Linked in, IIM Jobs  - Experience in Sourcing candidates   - Excellent interpersonal skills  - Excellent Stake Holder Management  Location : Mumbai  Reporting :  - Head Talent Acquisition and Talent Management   Team :   - Yes, 1 member to support  Salary range : 5 - 10 LPA
