Reporting directly to the CEO, the Accounting and Financial controller is responsible for the overall financial management, Business analysis and reporting of In Control, ensuring Ongoing viability and a secure financial future in line With the organization - s, mission and values.  Internal Control/Audit Function  - Checking of all accounting entries, receipts, payments and provisions with all supportive documents  - Ensuring confidentiality and safety of accounting & financial information and data.  - Co-ordination with consultants, Internal Auditors and External Auditors  - Conducting Internal Audit across departments as per the assignments given by Supervisor and submission of reports   - Adherence to generally accepted accounting rules and guidelines  Effective supervision of accounting function  Statutory Compliance  - Statutory payments such as TDS, advance tax, Professional tax, sales tax, service tax, etc., within respective due dates.  - Handling all statutory documents relating to Direct & Indirect Taxes  - Collection of Special Additional Duty refunds Filing of Annual returns under Income Tax, Assessments, follow up for refunds etc.,  - Ensure compliance under Companies Act and co-ordinate with company secretary for board resolutions, Minutes, share certificates, ROC filings, fixed assets register etc.,  Financial statements, Annual return on Foreign Liabilities and Assets under RBI guidelines, Transfer pricing and Tax audit.  Financial Controls  Financial Analysis  - Reporting of Treasury information, Financial MIS, IFRS, Budget, profit centers.  Stock Verification  - Physical verification of stock on quarterly basis  Captial Budgeting  - Budget achievement -EBIT Achievement   - Cost savings as per given KPI year after year  - The candidate should have Bachelor of Commerce degree with the professional degree of Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretaryship or equivalent business experience and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.   You will be a proactive team player who can demonstrate Initiative with excellent organizational, team management and communication skills.
