Functional Leader - Transitions & Process Consulting

Opening for Strategic HR having hands on experience in Change management, HR Transformation, HR Consulting.

The key things that we are focusing on the candidate requirements are:

- Good education background (Tier 1 institute preferred)

- Hands on experience in Change management, Process mapping, Process design, Data mining and Due diligence

- Experience in ERP implementation, HR Transformation will be useful.

- Candidates with 8 - 12 years of experience will be preferred as this is a functional leader role

- PeopleStrong’s Transitions and Process Consulting team works with organizations to define, structure and implement improvements to the operation of the HR function and the overall impact and value that HR can drive to the business.

- Those improvements cut across HR processes, organizational structure, enabling technologies and the use of data & analytics to drive business alignment, maximize organizational and HR performance and establish a culture focused on optimizing business value.
