Job Role :

- Transitioning / Implementation of HCM, Hired+ & Insights Products- Analysis of Business

- Processes & Solutions

- Interfacing with Customer & the Technical Implementation Team

- Change Management

- Functional Knowledge of Product Suite

- Project Planning & Management- User Acceptance Testing- Documentation- Training

CTQs :

Educational Qualifications: B Tech/B.E & MBA

Experience: 6-8 years

- At least 3-4 Years of experience in implementation of HRMS

- SAP consultants will not be considered

- Strong communication skills
