Functional Lead Role:  Required Experience:  - 5+ years of supply chain planning/ Sales & Operations planning or related professional field  - Previous implementation/execution experience of planning solutions in an industrials/manufacturing/ automotive/ high tech environment and knowledge of Kinaxis  - Prior experience/exposure with Kinaxis Rapid Response is highly preferred  Job Responsibilities:  - Expected to provide overall project management for a team of technical and functional consultants providing S&OP process execution services for one of our leading MNC clients in the Supply chain planning/ Sales & Operations planning domain  - Expected to own the delivery performance of the team  - Interact with senior business and IT stakeholders in the client organization to provide updates, jointly resolve issues, etc.  - Strongly ability to evaluate business impact of technical issues  - Strong ability to evaluate new requirements coming from business stakeholders and work with technical teams/IT to guide the design and development of these requirements  - Manage training and ramp up of junior team members  Functional Analysts/Senior Functional Analyst Role:  Required Experience:  - 3-5 years of supply chain planning/ Sales & Operations planning or related professional field  - Previous execution experience in an industrials/manufacturing/ automotive/ high tech environment and knowledge of tools like SAP APO, Kinaxis, JDA, or Steelwedge is desired  - Prior experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response is highly preferred  Job Responsibilities:  - Expected to provide process execution support for our leading MNC clients in the Supply chain planning/ Sales & Operations planning domain  - Support to be executed on Advanced Planning Solution like Kinaxis Rapid Response  - To be provided training to be super users of the planning solutions developed for the client organization  - Work with global business users on analysis business data and deriving business metrics and insights  - Help train regional business users in using the solutions and also support them as required to execute the S&OP program  - Interact with technical and data/IT team members to resolve issues in the solution  - Interact with business users to document enhancement requests and design solutions  - Interact with Technical team get enhancements developed; Test and confirm the enhancements
