Fullerton India - Vice President - Infrastructure

This role is responsible to:

- Manage Core Infrastructure (Including but not limited to Data Centre, Servers, Storage, Networks, Database, Security, DR, etc- ) for Fullerton India and its subsidiary / group of companies

- Design / Architect core infrastructure to provide optimal uptimes, stability and availability of Infrastructure & Applications (Digital and Non-Digital)

- To articulate business requirements into functional requirements and collaborate with consultants/ vendors to deliver

- Interface with the Applications, InfoSec and PIP team; Collaborate to deliver projects for the organization

- Maintain strategic relationship with consultants/ vendors on an ongoing basis

- Support in developing the operation guidelines, policies and processes for infrastructure including storage, network and database for establishing the latest technology standards, governance processes and control mechanisms

- Ensure incorporation of the suggested improvements in the existing/ future architecture based on changing needs of the organization.

- Drive improvements across the Core Infrastructure components

- Work towards ensuring a successful DR for the group

ITIL alignment

- End-to-End coordination for critical Business events and Severity 1 & 2 cases

- Own and run Capacity management for across the Core Infrastructure components

- Problem Management; Establishing Root Cause for failures and incidents

- Ensure day to day upkeep & availability (99.9%) of Core Infrastructure

Project Management

- New Technology setup; Upgrades / Rollouts / Migrations

- Tech Refresh for Core Infrastructure

- New Branch Setup

Audit, Governance and Control

- Identify risks in the Core Infrastructure Landscape and work to remediate

- Take charge of all open Risks and drive to closure

- Represent Core Infrastructure Audit faceoff

- Work on remediating / uplifting security

- Ensure addressal of VA/PT

People / Stake holder Management

- Team Management (Off Role staff)

- Vendor Management

Cost & Financial management

- AMC & Renewals

- Inputs to budget planning

- Expense monitoring

- Payment tracking

Key Performance Indicators

- To Optimize Technology Infra Costs through Effective Cost management/Control

- Collaborate with centralized procurement team to achieve savings in all big ticket IT Infra Procurement

- Proactively Manage risks associated with IT operations/services.

- Complete Actions from External Vulnerability Assessment Testing

- Closure of Risk / Audit items in - 30 days

- Create an environment that provides staff with clarity and direction in their roles and enable them to perform to the best of their abilities.

- Maintain Attrition of Employees - 10%

- Deliver an effective IT Infrastructure that provides stable, controlled, secure and scalable platform

- % of projects delivered on Time - 95%

- Uptime of critical IT Infrastructure (Network, Database, Servers) - 99.9%

- Effective application maintenance and contribute to application performance improvement
