To manage the overall IT Applications landscape with special focus on:
- Ensuring existing applications are working as per internal customers requirements and needs(BAU)
- Ensuring applications architecture is best suited for company's needs in terms of offering quality service in cost and time efficient ways
- Ensuring that the business solutions team is focused on delivering cost effective solutions to internal customers- requirements in time and with acceptable quality
- Ensuring that the business solutions are geared to be - future ready- from company's business objectives perspective
- Ensuring and managing agreed SLA's are met by the L1, L2 application support desk
- Interacting with Vendors for fixing of issues.
- Ensuring management of IT risks related to applications through proper control governance.

- Ensure systems are in place and available during business hours for branches to service end customer effectively
- Enable Customer Fulfilment processes with the help of automation of processes using relevant applications

- Proactively Manage risks associated with IT operations/services.
- Timely and accurate reports deliveries
- Uptime of critical IT business solutions
- Helpdesk response to be - 95% within TAT

- Managing the Business Solutions team and ensuring team output is in line with company's expectations / goals.
- Ensuring that the company has a technology enabled competitive edge in the business segments that it operates in.
- Managing Business solution vendors and partners to enable quality and timely services (enforced through SLAs) in the most cost effective manner (effective negotiations)
- Ensuring that the day to day operations of the company function seamlessly by efficient management of the applications
- Ensuring that the end customer is not impacted due to applications related or automation related challenges
