Job Description :
Role : Senior Manager - Operational Excellence
- Lead process improvement Projects at an individual level & complete high impact projects
- Focus on Process Improvement/Business Transformation and cost reduction & delivery tangible benefits
- Process Re-engineering - with particular focus on practical use and concepts of Lean Six Sigma
- Facilitate the process improvement activities (data collection, team brainstorming, analysis, process mapping, etc.)
- Collaborate with bigger teams, create synergies, identify and implement best practices
- Mobilise commitment with stakeholders at all levels
- Independently manage and develop strong pipeline of improvement ideas
- Acting as catalyst for change and improvement in performance / quality
- Identify opportunities of improvement through metric reviews, customer satisfactions surveys and operations team requirements
- Impart CI related training Quality tools, Lean, Green Belt training. Work towards preparing the organisation for the Process / Business Excellence Certifications.
- Identify and eliminate non value added activities and inefficiencies / errors in Operations
- Manage Documentation and reduction of Operational risk.
- Identify processes for automation and support development effort involving RPA
- Solve day to day issues while running robotics process and provide timely solutions
Qualification & Experience :
- Post Graduate from premier B-school with 6+ years of experience in Process Improvement / Business Transformation in BFSI space
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green/ Black Belt with proven track record
- Should have lead and delivered Green/ Black belt projects
- Expert understanding of application software of Retail Assets Business
- Exposure to Process Automation technologies like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Open Span, etc.
System Skills & Experience :
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills including presentation skills
- Strong Analytical and Reasoning ability
- Strong ability in Problem solving and performing root cause analysis
- Proficient in using MS Excel&Power Point
- Hands - on in data analysis and working knowledge of process flow chart tools like MS Visio and Statistical software like Minitab etc.
- Experience in high impact Lean Six Sigma transformational project
- Good time management and eye for details
- Ability to interpret and visualise business process flows and translate the same into automation solutions
- Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Good understanding of systems and trouble shooting abilities
