KPI:
- Formulation of HR policies and corresponding operating procedures.
- Implementation and training on HR policies and Operating procedures
- Continuous Monitoring on adherence to the defined operating procedures and policy guidelines
- Responsible for department Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process control and monitoring
- Periodic audits for adherence to defined processes
- Timely escalations on risks identified
- Manage and monitor department's Business Continuity Plan
