- Deliver Operations Manual
- Track on root cause of errors, impact analysis, re-engineering of processes to make it more stringent and robust.
- Project objectives to be aligned with Corporate/Business goals
- Use Six Sigma techniques to bring about quality improvements(preferred).
- Adherence to laid down procedures and improve those procedures in line with the changing environment
- Process changes through system enhancements
- Ensure compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
