We are hiring for Research Analyst / Senior Analyst / Consultant role for Healthcare Business Unit. The role in discussion would be based out of Dubai. Please find below, the key roles & responsibilities  Key Responsibilities:  Evaluation of Industry - Conduct primary and secondary tailored market research, to understand the demand drivers for the healthcare market in different countries of the MENA region. Analyse information available through primary and secondary sources to evaluate and estimate market size of specific sectors and thereby formulate client strategy.  Strategy Formulation - Manage the delivery of major strategic consulting engagements from inception to completion including development of detailed business plans. Understanding of financial returns and various financial statements is essential, ability to discuss the same with clients as well as senior team members.   Business Development - Proactively develop and nurture client relationships, conducting detailed business needs analysis and demonstrating expert industry knowledge.  Client Communication - Author strategic market reports/presentations based upon focused industry research, whilst interpreting/analyzing key data and presenting accurate results at a senior level.  Internal Development - Contribute to Frost & Sullivan's consulting offering, standards and processes.  Domain Expertise - Develop and nurture understanding of the healthcare sector in the MENA region  Candidate's Profile :   Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas ideally with focus on Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering . MBA is mandatory   Previous consulting within a Consulting or Advisory business environment or in a healthcare role (3 to 4 years- experience).  Financial modelling experience and strong excel skills . This is mandatory  Thorough understanding of market research/consulting methodologies, strategy development and marketing tools.  Knowledge and/or experience of the healthcare industry (an appreciation of the industry structure, operational practice, business functionalities and competitive landscape).  Excellent working knowledge of excel and Strong project management skills  Advanced ability to develop strong business relationships, collaborate with the sales function and establish continued client business.  Comfort with Power Point and Word.Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Willingness to travel across the MENA region, as per the project requirement
