Role: Asst.Manager - CULTR Marketing.  As an Asst.Manager - CULTR Marketing you will be a key driver in shaping the FREECULTR brand through strong, engaging and effective marketing and communication initiatives both online and offline. Irrespective of the project undertaken you will be taking part and seeing through the entire marketing experience as a business owner right from conceptualisation to final implementation.   - You will also help shape the voice of the brand and help it grow a loyal customer base which can only be done by working with across different functions of the company including Trade & Product, Technology, Design, Retail Planning, Channel Distribution, Stores, Social Media and WebShop.   Now that the serious part's done, here’s what this job is really about. If you feel this is what you’re looking for then go ahead and apply.  Responsibilities:  - Design and project-manage effective online and offline marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and usage, applying rigorous tracking and analysis.  - Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with outbound marketing and PR campaigns, and work closely with media and creative agencies to drive creative development and effective media planning and execution.  - Use primary and secondary research as well as internal data to develop deep understanding of the market and consumers' usage patterns.  - Develop and maintain reporting and best practices for various campaigns and initiatives.  - Own and drive all marketing assets and communication both internal and external to ensure brand consistency and tonality through any campaign and/or initiative.  You Definitely Need To Have:  - Fantastic communication skills, including both professional and casual style of communication.  - Strong organizational skills and ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured, clear and impactful manner.  - Excellent Project management skills with ability to track multiple deliverables  - A go-getter attitude, self-motivated, understands the importance of time management  - Strong aesthetic sense in content and design  - Good Understanding of the online retail industry, social media tools and engagements, blogging and the power it holds  - A graduate or post graduate degree in Marketing, Communication, MassCom, Advertising, Fashion Marketing  - Good skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other similar business related tools that make life easier  It’ll be great if you also have:  - Strong experience in offline advertising planning, tracking and reporting.  - A proven, successful track record of delivering material impact in line with company priorities and goals through well-executed marketing efforts.  - Demonstrated ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against deadlines.
