Marketing Analyst  As a Marketing Analyst, you are supposed to build tailored prospect datasets for inside sales and marketing campaigns. The analyst will also provide structured analysis, effective metrics and executive reports to drive marketing productivity and effectiveness  Roles & Responsibilities :  - Understand, create, standardize and deliver the reports basis the requests from different teams  - Maintain reports and dashboards that drive analysis resulting in maximizing the productivity of process and value of campaigns  - Drive analytics in areas such customer targeting, retention and acquisition strategies  - Understand digital media Industry trends, and develop in-depth analyses and vertical-based reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to FreeCharge and drive growth  - Work on interesting predictive analytics problems by surfacing right data, investigating abnormal trends and providing actionable recommendations to quantify the impact of campaigns  - Present complex data in a consumable format for various stakeholders of the campaign  - Execute reporting requirements in a timely manner to include the support of ad hoc reporting requests  Required Skills / Experience / Qualifications:  - Fundamentally strong analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights  - Proven experience leading data driven projects from definition through interpretation and execution  - Hands-on experience in driving Strong team player and excellent at working in unstructured environment  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills  - Passion for and background in consumer internet and social media is strongly preferred  - Advanced MS Excel/Office skills, Macros + Coding  - Bachelor's or Master's degree in an analytical field - e.g. Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics etc  - 3+ years of work experience in data analytics  Location: Bangalore  About FreeCharge - Get Rewards.
