Franchise Head - Education Solutions

Job description :

- Responsible for Revenue generation in terms of Franchise generation both from new and existing clients

- Responsible for increasing the Goodwill of company

- Responsible for total turnover of company

- Expansion of the Franchise network & ensuring service-supply for all

- Recruit Staff and achieve targets through them

- Manage relationship with existing franchisees in multiple cities

- Set up professional franchise division creating a business plan and proposition of the brand

- Negotiate terms and conditions of each franchise agreement

- Maximize sales and expansion opportunities, and ensuring that standards are met as well delivering sales / profit targets.

- Identify and research potential markets and advise CEO/Board of new opportunities.

- Set merchandising and pricing strategies in line with local marketplace

- Ensure protection of the brand through compliance with the legal agreement and trading terms and conditions

- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the franchise team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development

- Personally observe the performance of your franchise team in the field on a regular basis

- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential

- Being responsible for targets and their attainment and coming up with new strategies to ensure timely achievement of targets.
