The Business Development Manager will be responsible for negotiating and closing on the deals and manage relations with the partners. We are looking for self-driven, aggressive people who are comfortable working in a fast paced eCommerce environment.   Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:  - Carry out market research through industry contacts, publications & trade events to identify ideas for growth  - Reach out to partners with prospective business deals  - Negotiate best deals by considering the risks and rewards  - Contract closure   - Manage all contractual requirements by working with company's internal operations team  - Manage partner relationships  Qualifications:  - 3-5 years of eCommerce/Retail business development experience is a must  - Understanding of eCommerce space and a deep knowledge of industry players  - Excellent communication/presentation skills and high energy  - Comfortable working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment  - Tech and business savvy  - Outgoing and extroverted personality  You will be offered a competitive package with a great working environment and an opportunity to make a huge impact.
