Forrester Bradley is now hiring a Senior Director of Analytics to join one of its client based in Singapore.

As a Director of Analytics, you will be responsible for applying superior quantitative data analysis and problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively and strategically, and proven track record in transforming data into compelling product insights, sales strategies and selling propositions, and client campaign insights. You will be asked to guide the analytic direction within the Analytics Team, and candidates should have experience utilizing data mining and statistical techniques, syndicated data and a variety of analytical tools and methods within the digital, media or promotions space.

Collaborating with members of Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations you will contribute to the analytics product lifecycle of strategy, design, development, test and delivery of data-driven products and techniques to further optimize our client's analytic offerings.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess key opportunity areas where online data, analytics and science can enhance our clients business

- Develop hypothesis-driven analysis and statistical models to identify trends and key drivers in consumer behaviors that can be used to develop compelling value-props for the company and our clients

- Develop detailed plans for achieving desired analytic deliverables and goals

- Devise, develop, test and deploy new or innovative performance measurement methods and outputs

- Effectively engage and partner with other analytics team members, engineering, product management, marketing and sales to drive to outcomes and make an impact

- Provide comprehensive affiliated analytical and advisory services to various teams aligned with market and client specific aspects of the business

- Apply experience with consumer behavioral targeting to strategically and operationally grow the capability

- Actively influence product roadmaps to drive higher monetization and optimization

- Drive productization of analytic capabilities in data management, modeling and insights

- Be an innovator with demonstrated ability to craft a analytics vision, get people excited by ideas and get them quickly to market via existing capabilities or new products and offerings

Requirements:

- Professional degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, AI, or related areas from a top school

- 7-10 years' experience in analytics and quantitative menthods to improve products and services, with a strong experience in the online or travel or hospitality industry

- Solid and proven background in data mining, statistical analysis, segmentation and modeling

- Proven track record of scaling digital, media or advertising analytics with an impact on the business

- Ability to grasp complex concepts and develop clear, concise, synthesized recommendations backed by data and analyses

- Experience in manipulating large data sets and analyzing them to identify actionable insights

- Fluency in analytical tools and data structures such as R (preferred), SAS, Hadoop, Hbase etc.

- Experience managing a team, mentoring and professionally growing team members

- Exceptional collaborative, communication and presentation skills with the ability to work well across the organization driving overall shareholder value
