Details given below:  Position Purpose:  Reporting to the COO, the Head of Sales Operations is a high-level role responsible for leading the Sales Operations team, driving superior quality sales analytics, spearheading the sales compensation development and audit process, overseeing the monthly sales performance reporting process and assisting with the execution of annual sales recognition programs.  - This position will lead a team that helps develop key performance analytics for the management team, develop new reporting methods and continuously improve existing tools and models which provide additional visibility on sales performance  Activities :   - Lead the Monthly / Quarterly Reporting process for the Sales Organization (both at the local and National Account level) with a focus on adhering to standard reporting timelines, driving a high-level of accuracy and streamlining the reporting process  - Manage the Monthly Commission Review Process to ensure a high-level accuracy and to ensure that sales variable compensation is being paid in accordance with plan goals  - Manage corporate Sales Recognition Programs with a focus on executing successful programs that enhance and drive sales culture  - Assist with the annual Sales Compensation Plan review process to ensure consistency of compensation plan design and alignment of business needs and corporate objectives  - Assist with strategic Sales Operation development initiatives with a framework on continuous improvement, reducing manual processes and improving overall sales force capability / efficiency  Leadership & Team Member Development Activities :   - Have direct reporting responsibility of Sales Operations team members  - Help identify team knowledge or skill set gaps and develop effective training programs for each team member  - Coach / train team members on proper reporting processes and provide guidance on how to resolve issues  - Will act as a role model and help guide and inspire other team members to strive for - best in class- customer service levels  - Acts as the initial point of contact to help resolve reporting related issues as identified by the team and will escalate in a timely fashion if effective resolution is not achieved  Desired skills :   Knowledge Of Salesforce :   - Advanced level of knowledge in MS Excel, VBA and Access  - Strong mathematical skills / statistical skills (data sets, variance, hypothesis testing)  - Expert attention to details and accuracy, able to conduct root-cause investigations  - Ability to quickly grasp new concepts by using provided and own online resources  - Good knowledge transferring skills  - Strong business modeling and information management skills  - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer focus
