- Leads restaurant operations for Foodpanda centrally. - Works with the supply and other central teams in driving business objectives and streamlining processes. Experience range : 7-10 years Reporting to : CEO Location : Bangalore Leading the following verticals of restaurant operations : 1. Onboarding : - Own the new restaurant onboarding process on Foodpanda - Work on improvements with product and business excellence - Manage escalations from supply / restaurant on onboarding 2. Catalogue : - Inbound restaurant support requests - Inbound campaign requests - revenue ops [discount] - Maintain sanity and hygiene of the catalogue - Liaison with catalogue product in implementing new features / support 3. Photography : 4. Onboarding content 5. Fulfillment : - Order related fulfillment - increasing restaurant acceptance - Manual actions on restaurant for fulfillment improvement - Manual area mapping changes (internal + inbound requests) - revenue ops 6. Other restaurant related support for internal teams : - FSSAI Compliance - GSTIN Compliance - Pilots and new initiatives - Other adhoc requests such as timing extension on festivals
