Foodpanda - Business Head - West

Role & Responsibilities:

- Overall P&L responsibility for the cities in Western region

- Aggressively Charting & expanding the Business targets, sales and marketing teams & profitability across cities

- Building Competitive Sales Team & promoting performance culture. Reviewing the team's performance & taking corrective measures

- Marketing / Branding / Business Development activities across the Western region

- Coordinating with the central marketing team for the city specific marketing calendar

- Deal with institutional and corporate clients

Preferred Traits:

- Looking for someone to help the company to grow in the current cities as well as start up new cities

- Possess all round experience in the core areas of Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Vendor management, Client Account Management

- Entrepreneurial / startup experience in the past preferred.

- Ability to lead by example and demonstrate organization values
