Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The key accountabilities of the SME - Big Data Managed Services
- Sale of Big Data Managed Services in the Existing License Accounts and New Accounts
- Push to Sales Directors, Key Account Directors & Solution Consultants on achieving their Big Data Managed Services Quota
- Understanding Telco's current Managed Services Practices, IT Processes, etc- and find out the Gaps and Latent Needs around that
- Value Selling & Proposal Owner of Big Data Managed Services which shall include Professional Services (IIT), Cloud/Virtual/Physical Machine which is the best & Optimum & On Going L1 & L2 Services, 24- 7 Monitoring Services, Sand Boxes, Upgrades & Change Request Services & Upsell/Cross Sell of Modelling Services
- Creation of its Pricing Methods & Pricing itself, Utility Based/Resource Based/Output Based/FTE Based/% of License or Revenue Share Based for each of the levers mentioned above
- Creation of complete Vivid Presentation, Proposal of Big Data Managed Services and achieve the Mind Share of Customer
- Necessary Cross Functional Synergies & Approval on Proposal Levers
a) BOM Approvals
b) Cloud/Virtual/Physical Machine System Engineering Approvals
c) Professional Services Approvals
d) 24- 7 NOC, Change Request, Updates & Upgrades Approvals
- Upon all various approvals, Submission to Solution Consultant to take it up with Customer, Sales Director
- Owner of Data Privacy Document/Sand Box Document to be signed with Customer
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 6 to 8 year experience
- Deep Understanding of Operator's Managed Services, Project Management Practices
- Worked on Similar Role in Large SI Companies in Pre Sales - Technical Services and achieved large Services Sales Quota
- Understanding of Commercials, various Geographies as per our Funnel and Future Directions (Africa, LATAM, Middle East, APAC)
- Excellent Presentation, Communication, Inter Personal Skills
- Excellent Documentation (Presentation, MS Office) Skills
- Independent Team Player and worked in Virtual Cross Functional Teams, Specially Remote Teams
- MBA from Repute Institute
- Experience with awareness on contemporary, evolving technologies in the field of communications, mobile advertising, internet and overall Telecom industry
- Exposure to campaign management systems & big data platforms is a plus.
- Extensive experience around Telecom OSS and BSS systems is must
- Experience to assess and identify customer objectives and build upon these with winning customer centric solutions and sales themes
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech with MS or MBA, preferably from premier institutes
Location: The position is in the corporate office of Flytxt at Mumbai.
