Role :  - HRBP will contribute to overall business development by working closely with respective business head(s) on people and organization development initiatives. He/she will align HR deliverables with the business needs in the immediate and long term.  Responsibilities :  - Build people leadership capability of senior members of business unit and act as their advisor  - Coach and counsel employees  - Ensure development plans for all critical people and drive competency enhancement across all levels of talent  - Facilitate identification, development and retention of key/critical talent and ensure strong talent pipeline  - Facilitate key HR processes for business in coordination with central HR team - talent planning, recruitment, on-boarding, management and development  - Drive annual people sessions and performance review cycle  - Part of the BU/FU management team and HR management team  - Support in design and implementation of organizational structures (profiles, roles and KPIs)  - Drive a culture of embracing change, high engagement and collaboration  Competencies required :   - Demonstrates powerful insights about the organization and context  - Strong influencing skills, with ability to implement organizational initiatives across levels  - Enjoys working with people, champions people development and team development   - Good communication skills, willing to do global collaboration  - Business mindset and analytical skills to overview complex situations  - Ability to build trust and relationships across all levels  - Energy and drive to make things happen  - Courage to challenge proactively  - Keeps updated with current and progressive trends and good practice
