Our vision is to be $20 billion Company by 2020.   Yes, we have great plans for the future, but we have come this far in a short span of 6 years, largely because we have stayed focused on hiring and retaining the best talent and offering our employees great opportunities for learning, skill development and growth.   What We Do   Flipkart’s vision is to be the most preferred destination for ALL shoppers in India   Website – www.flipkart.com   Your Part:  - Minimum 2 years of experience as quality Manager/Sr manager managing big teams in quality, process improvement/customer service environment preferably from an e - commerce/BPO/KPO background  - Liaison with other team with in organization to ensure alignment  - Will be responsible for running improvement initiatives across the processes in Customer operations vertical  - Drive SLA adherence /customer CTQs.  - Ensure appropriate corrective / preventive actions are taken for process improvement.  - Drive inputs from VOC for improvement.   - Initiate Best practice sharing across teams.   - Comply to Quality Standards in the organization  - Set goals for the team with measurable review & feedback mechanism  - Mentor & coach Quality Managers & Leaders.  - Drive quality management system and framework within the team  - Ensure consistence in Quality standards, review the process quality plans & maintain the Quality standards as per the customers expectation’s   - Review feedback from Business Channels (VOC/ Internal Feedback) regarding the quality aspects of customer service.  - Work closely with operations team to meet the SLA Quality requirements. - Responsible for driving high performance and superior customer service  - Responsible for maintaining SLA’s constantly monitor & review performance metrics for achievement of objective.  - guide and mentor the direct reports   - Interface with IT/HR/ Training/Quality  - Conduct skip level meetings  - Give feedback to managers and supervisors on regular basis to improve performance  - Continually re - assess the operational risks inherent in the business, operating procedures, and impact on the customer experience  - Create, mentor and lead an effective team  You (Must Haves):  - Spoken and written Communication skills, Analytical and Problem Solving skills  - Adept on continuous and continual improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean  - Deep understanding of the industry standards like COPC, ISO ( QMS) and eSCM  - Influencing skills (by not being authoritative but by sheer knowledge and thought process)  - Interpersonal skills & Leadership qualities  - Proven ability to be a strong team player, a good team builder and sound Leadership Skills  Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate  Experience : 10 - 12 Years of experience. The incumbent should have experience in the field of customer service/e - commerce/BPO/KPO with at least 2 years in the middle management capacity
