The incumbent will be joining the planning and strategy group of Seller Marketing function in Flipkart Marketplace.   Responsibilities include -   1. Accountable for developing branding and communication guidelines for Flipkart's seller facing activities  2. Lead the marketing research and planning activities for the Seller Marketing Function  3. Follow up on key performance metrics around acquisition and engagement and develop plans for driving respective business goals in a time bound manner  4. Identify the best channels for driving marketing program from ATL/BTL/Digital/PR etc  5. Build and Lead the Marketing Strategy group for seller marketing  6. Work with respective channel leaders in developing a coherent short, medium and long term strategy for Marketing  Key Requirement  1. Should have 3-5 years of prior hands on experience in Marketing in any of these domains: FMCG, Services, eCommerce  2. Specialist level understanding of Channel Marketing and communication  3. Understanding of the digital marketing and social media channels   4. MBA from one of the top 10 B Schools - Batch of 2010-2013  5. Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage people  6. Proficiency in Hindi  Key success criteria  1. Analytical and result oriented individuals who do not hesitate from getting scrappy for getting things done  2.
