Flipkart - Senior Manager - Affiliate Publisher Network

You will be responsible to grow and lead the affiliate publisher network business. You will also be responsible for identifying & on boarding new non-incent affiliate networks and growing the business with existing affiliate networks.

Some of your key responsibilities would include:

- Identifying & on-boarding non-incent affiliate publishers to deliver CPI campaigns in India.

- Grow the overall CPI business in India manifold by delivering the CPI campaigns with affiliate publishers.

- Lead & guide a small team to help become the best CPI delivering network in India.

- Handle the entire operations related to affiliate business (from on-boarding till billing & payment).

- Maximize the ROI from affiliate network deliveries.

- Building strategic partnerships & alliances with various entities in the Mobile Ads ecosystem

- Meeting and exceeding the target numbers for growth.

Education, Skills & Work experience:

- Overall 5-9 years of experience with an internet media company with minimum 2-4 years as affiliate network delivery lead.

- MBA from reputed institute

- Person having experience of delivering over a hundred CPI campaigns through affiliate network in India.

- Excellent in verbal and written communication in English. Ability to present his/her thought clearly.
