Job Description:  - Design and implement processes for warehouse operations.  - Drive incremental changes in current processes to increase productivity and process efficiencies using operations concepts  - Through data analysis identify operations development projects and define project charters  - Initiate and drive operations projects  - De-bottleneck day to day operation process roadblocks by collaborating with cross functional teams involving Technology, Operations, Analytics, Retail, IT, legal, tax etc.  - Define success metrics for projects, monitor project pilots and ascertain project success/failure.  - Through business cases present process solutions to the management  Education/Experience :  - Graduate/Post Graduate from Tier I / II Engineering Institution. (Preferably from Mechanical Engg,Production Engg.)  - Process design, re-engineering related, Supply chain logistics work experience in Grocery (at least 3 to 5 years) - Must Have  - Well versed with the processes being followed in a Grocery warehouse- Must Have  - Understands the nitty-gritty of storing and transporting fresh and packaged products  - Working understanding of cold chain  - Process design and re-engineering tools and techniques  - Understands principles of supply chain design and asset wise impact on end to end outcome  - Thorough understanding of lean concepts  - Good knowledge of Data Analysis tools  - Possess problem solving and program management skills  - Comfort in working in unstructured environments and fast timelines  - Excellent verbal and written communications skills  Salary Offered : 10-13 LPA
