We plan to do this by providing them an extremely easy to use platform to list and sell their products anywhere without regard to any geographical limitations. In this regard, we have already signed an MoU with FISME (Federation of Indian Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises) and NCDPD (National Center for Design and Product Development) to boost manufacturing and entrepreneurship in the country. S/he would need to look comprehensively at disruptive ideas to that would turbocharge the number of live sellers. S/he would then need to prioritize and focus on critical few that could change the game in the country. Few such areas could be product/tech innovations (e.g. mobile, social, viral), Industry, government, external ecosystem partnerships etc.  This leader should be able to think at an ecosystem level and be able to come up with a platform (as opposed to a point) solution. Many of the things we are doing are first in the country and highly disruptive. This leader will need to be able to take bold industry-changing moves and follow it up with superb execution.   The three key performance metrics for this role will be (a) # of live sellers, (b) cost per activation and (c) seller satisfaction.  We realize that we are entering uncharted territories but we have the determination and funding to back our intention.
