Job Description:  - As Head of Publisher Development, you will identify, initiate, negotiate, establish and maintain high impact partnerships with apps,games,sites, blogs and social communities.  - You will use you existing relationships in the region to structure and close partnerships that contribute traffic inventory to our network.   - You will work collaboratively with sales, marketing and product development teams contributing to shaping the company's general strategy in India, along with helping to build more publisher oriented products.  Key responsibilities:  - Identifying mobile apps inventory that can be onboarded and build a strong and well targeted pipeline.   - Communicating our value proposition and getting the mobile apps on-board as publishers.   - Leading the publisher business development, account management and publisher operations team   - Building strategic partnerships & alliances with various entities in the Mobile Ads ecosystem in India.   - Meeting and exceeding the target numbers for growth  Ideal Candidate:   - Person with minimum 10+ years of experience in publisher business development with Online/mobile ad network Companies.   - Person with deep understanding of Mobile app developer ecosystem and have strong connections with major app developers in India.   - Driven and Self-motivated who enjoys the concept of discovering and growing new markets  - A good team player who enjoys interacting/working with people.   - Demonstrated experience in identifying and growing new businesses  - Quick at grasping new concepts and applying them  - Articulate with outstanding communication skills (oral, written, presentation)  - Well versed with selling and demonstrates good sales aptitude  - High degree of perseverance and never say die attitude  Qualifications/Skills:  - Overall 10+ years of experience with an internet media company with 4-5 years as publisher business development.   - MBA from reputed institute   - Passionate and knowledgeable about new and emerging internet-based media
