Core Responsibilities :
- The person will cater to all the script requirements for customer communication flowing in from different stakeholders.
This would involve :
- Managing all non-promotional communication that we have with customers covering all touch-points like email, SMS, social media, IVR, call center, chat, policies & FAQs on site/App and so on.
- Designing communication guidelines and driving content for major events like TBBD, BASD, etc. that includes service recovery related requirements also.
- Understanding the objective behind the communication and tailoring the messaging accordingly
- Ensuring that all communication aligns with brand positioning in terms of tone, language, sentiment, etc.
- Analyzing national and international space in communication across service led sectors to identify best practices
Must Have Skills :
- Flair for language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly turnaround the script requirements for various occasions.
- Ability to relate to today's youth and their language.
- Deep customer orientation and ability to relate to the customer.
- Experience in creating SEO optimized content on product pages preferred.
- Relevant Exp. experience in content creation for customer/targeted audience engagement (blogs, stories, social media, etc.) preferred.
- Graduate or above
