The growth has to be supplemented by organization capability to operationally deliver with same or better standards. Thus operations- planning is critical to successful growth of marketplace in India.   In next 3-4 years, marketplace will be one be the largest platform of sellers - 1.25 lakh & millions of products, with continuous addition of new product & services to the platform. Flipkart is looking for someone who has a passion and capabilities to operate at this scale. The incumbent is responsible leading the effort for building operational capability with the best delivery standards for marketplace in the country.   Flipkart is looking for a person to play the leadership role in marketplace and be part of Flipkart's leadership team in propelling Flipkart and e-commerce to next level.
