Associate Director, Media Planning (Head, Brand Marketing)  Core Responsibilities:  - This position will lead and handle the media strategy, planning, alliances and execution for the entire organization  - Person would be responsible   - Leading the media planning strategy for all mass media marketing  - Helping brand team to develop & deliver effective media plans  - Managing media spends – budgets, accruals, provisions etc.  - Plans & evaluation Deliver topline by increasing number of visitors, conversions and the ticket size  - Independently leading, managing and delivering on media alliances and other key projects  Education:   - Preferably MBA from the tier 1 institute/colleges(Full time)  Must Have Skills:  - Preferred Organizations: Should have worked in Large Media Agencies (Group M companies) and managed accounts like Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Procter & Gamble, Reckitt & Benckiser, Cadbury, ITC, Colgate, L’Oreal, Coke, Pepsi, Airtel, Vodafone etc.  - At least 10-12 years of Strong Media Planning experience in premier media agencies  - Experience in handling both offline and online media channels (Exposure to digital media would be preferable)  - Proficient in Media Planning. Executing within the assigned budgets  - Strong in media evaluation - setting metrics for success and measure performance.   - Expertise in devising and executing 360 degree media plans  - Strong communication and influencing skills  General Expectations from the role:  - Appreciation of technology led businesses and the online marketing domain  - Planning Learn ability and adaptability around the new age technology and marketing strategies
