Your skills and experience

- AdvancedExcel/VBA skills and ability to set up macros

- Ability to support in automation of data sourcing for various presentations/reports

- Strong numeracy skills

- Familiarity with databases like DataStream, Bloomberg

- Excellent software skills will be required, particularly advanced Powerpoint

- Excellent analytical and writing skills

- Basic understanding of fixed income markets and instruments

- Focus on delivery of high quality materials to specifications and to deadline

- Conscientious,able to work to a fixed deadline, reliable with flexible attitude and excellent time-keeping

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong team player

- Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with a number of stakeholders including in international locations

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of fixed income markets functioning and links between various macroeconomic indicators and their impact on fixed income instruments i.e. Government bonds,corporate bonds, high yield bonds and index linked bonds

- Advanced Excel skills ( particularly VBA important)

- Masters Degree – economics/finance/business (CFA would be advantageous)

- 3-6years experience in fixed income research/analysis
