FIS - Project Manager/Solution Architect - Robotic Process Automation - Insurance/Capital Markets Domain

Looking for an experienced and skilled Project Manager/Solution Architect with experience in driving RPA projects for Insurance and Capital markets domain.

- Shift Timings shall be 2-11 PM.

Lead teams across broad technical, financial and business disciplines. Focused teams on business objectives and tracked progress to ensure project milestones were completed on time, on budget and with the desired results.

- Responsible for driving enhancements and efficiency gains through Robotic Process Automation

- Experience in pre-sales and solution architect role

- Understanding and analyzing the existing processes to determine - Futuristic- solutions / process improvement

- Designing solutions by understanding the - As-is- processes and convert them to - To-be- processes

- Translate business direction into technical specifications as well as Translate technical jargon and reasoning for the business stakeholders

- Effectively engaging client counterparts in discussions related to the tasks / project delivery and provide new perspectives / insights

- Managed, coordinated, & implemented IT & business projects, processes, initiatives, & programs via tollgates

- Analyzed client requirements, prioritized tasks, identified dependencies, designed solutions with RPA framework approach

- Defined scope, established budget, developed timeline, scheduled deliverable, wrote charters

- Built teams, defined roles, managed resources, coordinated meetings, evaluated risks & issues

- Facilitated team collaboration & fostered communication; created and managed action item databases

- Functioned as interface to users & stakeholders; oversaw releases & updates; reported status

- Developed plans, managed & administered projects, coordinated IT programs, delivered results

- Identify risks, potential 'scope creep' and change management with the BA & development team

- Experience in preparing documentation from project and compliance perspective

Skills Required:

- 5-8 years of overall experience.

- Minimum 5 years - experience as a BA RPA.

- Core knowledge on Insurance and Capital market (PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM COORDINATION).

- Experience on a Banking application preferably for capital market/insurance domain.

- Proficient in Excel.
