Job Description :   - Serve as an internal facilitator for existing curriculum designed by the Learning Team.  - Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as - instructor led classroom; webinar; role playing and simulations; team exercises; group discussions; videos; teleconference or video conference; self-paced and e-learning.  - Participate in learning analysis to support development of instructional design through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or other key stakeholders.  - Attend and/or facilitate meetings as needed to understand how to support the objectives of the various business lines.  - Create, develop and maintain course materials, facilitator guides, instructor manuals, learner guides, hand-outs, reference materials and other materials and/or utilize purchased training programs that meet identified learning goals.  - Assist with identifying and closing organizational performance gaps.  - Coordinate or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document learning and development programs.  - End to end coordination for all the training programs being held for the location.  - Ensure that all training and development programs delivered at the local level, meet all company and regulatory requirements.  - Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees and effectiveness of trainings through questionnaires, surveys and discussions with managers.  - Collect the feedback and analyze the same on each program to evaluate on the effectiveness and areas of improvement.  - Reporting: In charge of collating monthly reports for the locations assigned.  - Maintain the training expenses sheet - both incurred and forecast and share the same with the India Head of Learning.  Should have excellent communication skill.  Salary Offered: 7 - 10 LPA
