FINO will leverage its banking experience as a Business Correspondent, its already existing trust, deep understanding of customers needs and behaviour for embarking on the proposed journey towards becoming - FINO Payments Bank   Position Title : Area Cluster Head- Urban  Band : Band 3  Business Function : Channels - Branch Banking   Department Objective :   To ensure smooth functioning of bank branches and to serve as an extremely useful service and delivery channel.   Key Responsibilities :  - Ensuring that the targets are met for the assigned geography   - Managing the day to day activities of the sales force in order to implement the organization's overall strategy for the assigned geography.   - Ensuring that customer acquisition targets for both in-house and third party products such as current a/c savings a/c, WASA, Joint liability (JLG) loans, mutual funds, insurance etc. are met  - Building a customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross sell/up sell FINO products as well as third party products   - Responsible for ensuring that merchant appointment targets are met  - Seeking new opportunities for expanding the market for overall business  - Overseeing pre-audits to identify & mitigate operational risk and to ensure ongoing adherence with compliance procedures.   - Managing sales/transactions in the allotted cluster/geography  - Ensuring smooth process flow for new customer enrollment at various urban merchant points as well as the branches  - Perform pre-audits to identify & mitigate operational risk and to ensure ongoing adherence with compliance procedures  - Responsible for growing customer base, consumer and business relationships through internal and external marketing programs, developing and growing business and consumer relationships.   - Ensuring quick and seamless process for customers  - Managing existing relationships and developing new relationships with customers  - Managing escalations   - Coordinating with bank branches as and when required  - Ensuring highest level of confidentiality is maintained with all the information obtained  - Overseeing roadshows and sales initiatives to mobilize customers to urban merchant points as well as the branches  - Collaborate in the hiring, training and retention of staff  - Responsible for P&L ownership of the cluster  Desired Profile :   Qualifications : A masters degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience  Experience 7-9 years of relevant work experience.  Personal Attributes : Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer and employee issues.   - Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employees, merchants.   - Strong supervisory and leadership skills required to manage, motivate, and develop branch employees required.   - This position requires a perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels.   - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment   - The ability to make sound decisions. This may include making on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions; weighing customer satisfaction issues with the Bank exposure to loss or fraud and the ability to think through and rationalize decisions.   - Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and high degree of accuracy.   - Self-starter, ability to work independently.
