Finnacle Investment Academy originated in 2013 with the first hand experience of founders about the prevalent fracture between theory and application of Finance, there by devoiding aspirants of great opportunities offered by financial services industry. Our vision is that of bridging this void and training high school graduates for various front-end opportunities in financial services industry.   - To achieve this, we have crafted a four year program that comprise of two of our signature modules, FinBridge and FinExpert, interspersed with all three levels of CFA and two internship opportunities. We currently have over 300 candidates enrolled with us.   - Furthermore, we have earned the confidence and hence mentorship of various industry stalwarts, namely - Mr. Raamdeo Agrawal (MotilalOswal), Mr. Rajeev Thakker (PPFAS) among others.  - We are currently seeking a senior team member to join us for spearheading CFA training program and synchronize efforts with team to contribute towards development of FinBridge program.  Key responsibility areas :   - Develop CFA (US) curriculum and research Indian/global markets for its translation to empirical contexts.   - Research and contribute on the FinBridge module to further develop and refine institution's intellectual property.   - Provide learning activities that stimulate student involvement, encourage reflection and critical thinking and take into consideration different learning styles.   - Attend various Investment Conferences across the country in order to improve their understanding of the Investment industry.   - Deliver lectures according to the schedule and develop systems/methods of evaluating students- progress   - Should have passion for reading and must commit towards reading various books on Capital markets, Business Analysis, Valuations, Psychology, Accounting, Industry Magazines etc.   - Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrable past experience in the same   - Should be comfortable with long working hours   Work experience :   - Minimum 2 years of experience in Equity research/Investment Banking/Credit Analyst/Corporate Finance.   EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :   - CFA (US) all levels cleared or/and MBA from tier I college or/and CA Rank holder  JOINING PERIOD:1- 2 months  Salary :   We are looking for a team member not an employee. No bar for the right- candidate.
