Position : Financial Planning and Budgeting

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all delivery of Cost MIS, Analysis, Planning & Budgeting, Monthly / Quarterly Reviews and other business management activities across the Network

- Responsible for the Quality in the design of the reports following the defined Conventions and Standards, ensuring Validations are build in and Quality Procedures are followed

- Work with the Department Heads to proactively identify and implement improvements in existing reports and come up with new reports

- Partner with the Television Leadership Team on financial planning, manage financial reporting and analysis (Including Ad hoc) processes/tools/events, develop key performance metrics, and benchmark performance with the industry

- Contribute to the company’s business planning processes including mid-year reviews, strategy reviews and business plan reviews

- Responsible for revenue reports, revenue analysis and various ad-hoc reports

- Act as a resource to facilitate complex problem solving and issue resolution especially around new developments and complex and conflicting requirements of various stakeholders

- Focus on standardization of reports across the Television Network

- Maintain contacts with various subject matter experts and solution teams from other offices to leverage inter-office expertise and experience

- Build and develop strong, sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant to interact. Ability to converse clearly with Function Heads

- A management, accounting or finance designation such as MBA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA etc. from premier institute with 3 - 4 years of relevant experience

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, project management, teamwork and interpersonal skills

- PC proficiency including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Experience of interacting / operating with senior leadership & an ability to influence decision making

- Managerial skills, preferably of managing a MIS or business support teams

- Ability to use financial controlling tools
