Budgeting & Variance Reporting   - Work closely with the leadership team, validate assumptions, track historical data and deliver budgets that meet the strategic objectives of the company  - Report variances from the budget and trace them to the origin with reasons  - Timely availability of budgets and variance reporting  - Develop appropriate templates for the budget and variance reporting  - Continuously test and refine assumption   Identify measures for correction   - Identify quantifiable and qualitative factors for variances   - Work closely with the finance and other teams to construct measures for achieving budgets  - Report non compliances to laid out plans   - Reporting and facilitate setting up actions for arresting variances  Rolling plans & Scenario analysis  - Based on developments during the year create robust rolling plans leading to achievement of annual budgets  - Validate data and assumptions underlying the rolling plans  - Create sensitivity and scenario planning reports and update   - Monthly updates  Business Models  - Assist the CFO and management in preparation of business models  - Assist in preparing, modifying and updating Business Plans  - Validate the underlying assumptions and report deviations   - Monthly strategic mapping  Performance management  - Participate and minute action points of each meeting and report on actions and deviations  - Track the financial objectives of each department and report on variances  - Update the corporate Score card every month   - Monthly reporting  Qualification:  Qualified Chartered Accountant (Only)  Experience:  4 - 8 years of experience in a similar role post qualification
