Financial Controller - NBFC Startup

Opening with a start up NBFC based in Gurgaon

- Candidates with prior experience with Bank/NBFC are preferred.

Tentative KRAs :

- Working closely with Senior Management on various Financial, Business and Strategy related matters.

- Managing the day to day accounting operations of the company.

- Exposure in Direct Taxation, Statutory Audits, Balance Sheet Audits, Tax Audits, Limited Reviews, Controls Testing, Group Reporting etc.

- Setting-up the complete Finance & Accounts function for the Company and streamlining the related processes.

- Team Handling.

- Looking after taxation matters including accounting & deduction of TDS & Service Tax as per guidelines laid down by Govt. authorities.

- Monitoring of cash flows and projecting & implementing cost saving measures.

- Review of critical processes, end-to-end, like revenue etc.

- Establishing & monitoring products profitability.

- Tax advisory with a focus on tax structuring, Global mobility and employment taxation, tax litigation and advisory.

- Handle Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Limited Reviews as per Indian GAAP.

Note : CA are preferred.
