Job Description - Reporting to the CFO and managing a team of 10+ professionals your responsibilities will include:

- Drive business planning, budgeting and strategic vision for the organization

- Assist internal and external audit for all group companies

- Ensure accurate closing of books of accounts

- Manage and ensure efficiency in the functioning of the finance team

- Oversee the filling of taxes and tax structuring of the group

- Responsible for commercial decision making, profitability and new business investments

The Successful Candidate - You must be a CA with at least 9 years of post qualification experience. It is mandatory that you have relevant prior experience of at least 6-7 years in the media industry. You must have application knowledge of IFRS. You should have good command over English language. You should have at least 5 years of team leadership experience with ability to grow and nurture large teams. You must have excellent people management skills and a high level of integrity.
