Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing

We have an opportunity for CFO with one of our client in Chennai.

Key Responsiblities:

Heading the Finance and Accounts function.

Budgeting and Forecasting.

Managing Internal Controls.

Managing Treasury and Banking activities.

Handle Mergers and Acquisitions.

Strategic Initiatives.

Hands on experience in ERP Software.

CA/ICWA/CS with around 15/20 years of experience, of which at least 5 years experience as a Controller/CFO/Head Finance and Accounts.

Experience in Mergers and Acquistions.

Must be well versed with ERP software Oracle or SAP
