Financial Controller - Fund Raising - FMCG/Retail/Mfg

Job Profile : Financial controller (fund raising)

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : CA / MBA

Exp : Fund Raising / Sap Implementation Must

- Current salary should not be less than 55 lacs or more than 75 lacs

Industry Preference :

Industry preference : FMCG / Consumer / Liquor / Retail / Manufacturing (apart from Do not apply )

- Demonstrable passion for COMPANY’s vision & mission; a hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic environment.

- Ensure that the financial infrastructure is stable and supports the demands of future growth.

- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.

- Past experience successfully and independently handling financial forecasting and planning for a pan India /global business

- Should have prior experience in working in a SAP /ERP environment, experience in implementation of FI, CO, BPC & BI would be a definitive advantage

- Should be well versed in Indian GAAP , Company Law and Corporate Tax

- Should have the ability to raise capital to fund the growth plan of the company and in this regard forging strong relationships with key stake holders like banks ,financial institutions etc.

Managerial:

- Strong General Management Capabilities

- An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills and a willingness to share information.

- A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong focus on Controls

- Should have prior experience in handling large team be it functional or across Functions

Financial and Operational Management:

- Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate

- Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, regulatory requirements, and Office of Management and Budget audit requirements. Maintain internal control safeguards and coordinate all audit activities.

- Oversee budgeting and the implementation of budgets so as to monitor progress and present financial metrics both internally and externally.

- Manage and track the performance of company profitability with the policies and guidelines established in line with the organization strategy.

- To provide operational and strategic guidance to corporate finance, manufacturing accounts, financial planning, MIS verticals in order to consistently improve their efficient delivery.

Team Management:

- Mentor and develop direct reportee, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.

- Guide larger, cross-divisional teams outside of direct span of control
