He will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks, overseeing budgeting and accounting. He will Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures  The incumbent will be responsible for Business Analysis, Inventory & debtor control and finalization and audit of annual report.  Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained as per organisation's expectations. He will develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).  Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closing of financials- Balance sheet, P&L, Cash Flow statements  Consolidation of Financials of all plants, Business units, subsidiaries.  He will be supporting liasioning with banks and other financial institutions  He will ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including with holding Payments, Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax. The incumbent will Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor.He will document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.  He will develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.  Reconcile bank and investment accounts; and manage cash flow. Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget forecast.  Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.  Develop and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure.  Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions  Oversee all direct & indirect tax and regulatory compliance issues.Detailed knowledge of accounting procedures and changes in Companies Act.  Reconciliation of costing to financial accounts.  Minimum Qualifications  Qualified Chartered Accountant, /Cost Accountant  15 - 20 years of post-qualification experience with 3 years atleast as Head of Accounts.  Minimum three year experience as Head - Finance & Account/ Financial Controller in a manufacturing company.  Proficient in SAP / ERP/Tally & advance excel.
