About our Client - Our client is a global retail company with a significant presence across the ASIAPAC market. They are globally renowned for the innovative products and practices, and are considered to be an employer of choice in the retail industry. Currently, they are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory in the India market. They are recruiting for a Financial Controller based out of Bangalore.

Job Description - The role requires you to take care of the following areas:

- Take care of the entire accounting piece as well as AR and AP for the business in India.

- Financial Reporting under both IGAAP and IFRS.

- Successfully partner with auditors for both Internal and External Audits.

- Take care of all the statutory compliances.

- Manage and effectively lead a team of finance professionals.

The Successful Candidate:

- Must be a CA with 10-15 years of post qualification experience.

- Should have worked in the FMCG, FMCD or Retail Industry.

- Exposure of managing a team is important given the nature of this role.
