Knowledge of financial and tax regulations in India

Good knowledge of Indian GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS / Ind AS

Skilled in the use of financial systems a.e. ERPs & spreadsheets.

Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions

Experience in Fund Raising & IPOs in Indian Market

General Accounting & Corporate structuring

Able to manage complexity and ambiguity.

Able to work with multiple stakeholders within and outside India;

provide objective and fact based decision support to stakeholders.
