Actively seeking a fully qualified Chartered Accountant for an IT Firm at Chennai  Our Client is a leading name in the eCommerce space.   Key Responsibility Areas:  - Supervising and managing shared service team to ensure transaction accounting on time  - Consolidation of IFRS financial accounts at Group level  - Acting as Group Treasury manager, and coordinating funds movement between entities  - As Group Tax manager, understanding basics of group tax position in different countries & on overall basis  - Coordinating statutory and tax audit for the Group  - Periodical book review  - Direct and Indirect tax, SEZ, secretarial & other compliance for India  This is an excellent opportunity to perform a pivotal senior management/director level role within a challenging, forward-looking environment.  Qualification:  - Chartered Accountant with 8 to 12 years of Post Qualification experience  - Good experience in transaction accounting & consolidation
