Financial Controller

- Should be well versed with African Financial standards, taxation.

- Responsible for financial modelling, tax planning, valuations of businesses, budgets and planning, cost controls, banking, forecasting, structured finance etc.

- Core financial knowledge with ability to create and plan financial models for long term projects and interact with investment funds etc.

- Handling end to end accounts & finance of the company including Taxation/ Banking/ Regulatory requirements - Responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly closing of books of financial accounts

- Ensuring various accounting compliance's - Verifying operational efficiency levels & recommending internal control measures for improvement in accounting processes

- Preparation of statements for tax, banking and other financial matters. Core Competencies - Financial Planning & Analysis - Financial Management & MIS Reporting

- Accounting & Consolidations (P&L & B/S) - Budgeting & Forecasting Revenue Accounting & Management Audit, - Compliance & Governance

- Taxation (VAT/ Income Tax/ With Holding Tax etc.)

- ERP knowledge - Cash Flow Management - System Development & MIS Process Management - Good understanding of the key financial drivers.

- Financial Valuation/ Actuarial Analysis Experience:

- Experience in a Engineering Products/Capital Equipment/ Project based organization preferred.

Educational Requirements : CA/ ICWA/ MBA/PGDM - Finance
